AUTELYX collects only what it needs to identify a vehicle, generate your report and keep the free tier fair.

What we collect

Account information: your email address and, if you choose, a display name.
Vehicle information you submit: listing links, screenshots, VINs and the details you type in.
Reports and inspections you generate, so you can reopen them later.
Payment records from our payment processor. We never see or store card numbers.
Limited security signals used to stop abuse of the free tier. These are stored in hashed or pseudonymised form wherever practical and are never sold or shared for marketing.

To identify the vehicle, run the analysis and deliver your report.
To apply your plan's entitlements and record credit usage.
To keep the service secure and prevent fraud and free-tier abuse.
To measure how the product is used in aggregate. Marketing attribution is recorded at the campaign level, never to identify an individual on a social platform.

Reports and saved vehicles stay in your account until you delete them.
Security signals are retained only as long as they remain useful for abuse prevention.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting support@autelyx.com.

We use service providers for hosting, database, payments, vehicle data and AI analysis. They process data on our behalf only.
We do not sell your personal information.
